GFI DEVICES:

A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, GFI for short, is an electrical outlet or circuit breaker that detector the flow of electrical current out of the system and into the
ground. These devices save lives by automatically turning off the power when it senses someone being shocked.
GFI devices are required by the National Electrical
Code in bathrooms, kitchens, garages, outside, and
in places where people may come into contact with
water and electricity. Unfortunately, many homes do
not have these life saving devices.

DATA/VOICE CABLE:

T.W.O. Contracting certified technicians can install phone lines, cable lines, and Cat-5 data lines. Our certified technicians are experienced and trained in
fishing lines through walls and ceiling without any messy drywall damage.
If you need a new cable line for your flat screen TV or high speed Internet, we can help. We also have the experience and specialized tools for tracking down shorts and problems with phone and cable lines.
Want a whole house network? Our certified technicians can install an entire hardwired network for your home. Hardwired networks increase your network speed and prevent unauthorized user from accessing your computer better than wireless
systems.

HOME INSPECTIONS:

Our certified technicians are highly trained and experienced. Whether you are buying a new home or want to make sure your own home is safe, T.W.O. Contracting can help.
We can inspect your entire home and check every electrical component for safety hazards. When our certified technician is done, he will give you a complete diagnostic of the condition of the electrical system and estimate for completing any necessary
repairs.
Many houses we inspect have multiple code infractions and fire hazards. Although the cost of a complete home inspection by a certified technician is
minimal, the benefit of finding any fire hazards is priceless.

HOT TUBS:

T.W.O. Contracting can wire any hot tub. Our certified technicians are experienced and trained in running dedicated 50A/240V circuits to patios, decks, pools, etc. We will verify that your hot tub is properly
grounded and protected with a UL listed GFCI device.
Worried about your existing hot tub? We can check your existing circuit for safety concerns and proper grounding. Although the cost of a hot tub inspection
is minimal, the peace of mind that comes from knowing your friends and family are safe in the water is priceless.
Do you need to move your existing hot tub? We can remove your existing line and make it safe. We also will remove the breaker to make sure no power will run through
those lines again.

LANDSCAPE LIGHTING:

can move hot air trap in the ceiling down to the floor. Additionally, they are a great lighting solution and look good in bedrooms and living rooms.
We can install or replace a ceiling fan anywhere in
your home. If you do not have an existing light or ceiling fan we can run the wires through the wall and ceilings with no messy drywall damage. We can also
install new switches and remotes for your fan.

SURGE PROTECTION:

Protect you home and equipment with a Whole House Surge Protector. A Whole House Surge Protectors will protect every electrical component in your home including refrigerators, ovens, laptops, flat screen TV's, garage door openers, and more.
Whole House Surge Protectors are great because no matter where you plug in your laptop or TV, you are protected. A/C units, Dishwasher, and Microwaves that
cannot be protected by traditional surge protectors are also protected.
Surge Protectors work by monitoring the flow of electricity through your house. When the voltage goes up from a power surge or lighting strike, the Surge Protector drains all the excess power into the ground and away from your
sensitive electronics.

GENERATORS:

T.W.O. Contracting installs high quality natural gas powered generators. These back-up generators come on automatically when your power goes out
and turn themselves off when your power is restored.
Backup generators power sump pumps, freezers, air conditions, furnaces, lights, TV's, alarm clocks, well pumps, and anything else you cannot afford to lose. They also can be converted to run on propane during a crises.
Our generator installation program provides turnkey service. We will purchase and deliver your generator, install your critical power loads, and have a certified plumber connect your natural gas. Once everything is complete we will have a certified generator specialist start your generator and set your generator run cycle
and power settings.

FLOOD LIGHTING:

Flood lights protect your family at night from intruders and provide a level of comfort during the night. Flood lighting also lets you enjoy your yard longer and
safely entertain your guests.
